Our industry-leading solutions are transforming energy companies across the entire value chain, helping visionary leaders evolve their organizations into modern energy companies. **Overview** **Responsibilities** - Support the team in meeting release goals and objectives by actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies. - Outline the requirements for a business capability by gathering and analyzing user needs, translating them into actionable user stories, and prioritizing them in the product backlog. - Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to determine the best strategies for building and supporting requested features and functionalities. - Work closely with the Product Owner and product development team to ensure alignment with the team’s goals and objectives, providing insights and recommendations as needed. - Generate various types of documentation, including but not limited to user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system diagrams, to enable the team, organization, and customers. - Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software delivery. - And other duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a software development environment. - Proficiency in JIRA and Azure DevOps dashboards for managing Agile projects and tracking progress. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and participating in Agile ceremonies. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements. - Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and practices is a plus. - Fluent in English, both written and verbal required **Additional Details** **_ Please Submit your CV/Resumé in English.
