In office 4 days per week Travel: Open to frequent international travel Job Description: We are looking for a Demand Generation Leader to drive strategic high-impact initiatives for brand growth and demand generation globally at VTEX. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Marketing, this role requires a 360º marketing vision, strong leadership, and the ability to operate under high pressure with speed and agility. The ideal candidate will oversee demand generation, digital presence, owned channels, managing the corporate website, leading external agencies, and ensuring continuous optimization of marketing performance in its owned channels. This position plays a key role in strengthening brand awareness (especially in the U.S.), optimizing paid media (with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads), and driving high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Website Management & Conversion Optimization Lead the global corporate website strategy, ensuring continuous improvements in performance, SEO, UX, and conversion. Manage an external agency and a full-stack squad responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the CMS. Paid Media & Demand Generation Lead strategic paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads for acquisition and engagement. Negotiate better deals with media platforms for the company, globally. Search for new channels, strategies, and tools to optimize results. Brand Strategy & U.S. Awareness Lead campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the U.S. working closely with the US Marketing team and Brand Authority Leader. Ensure brand consistency across regions and across different campaigns and initiatives, especially in our owned channels. Be creative in finding new ways to increase brand awareness and build authority. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Campaigns, Strategic Alliances, and regional marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment across the globe. Track key performance indicators, such as brand awareness, website traffic, conversion rates, and pipeline impact, optimizing strategies based on data insights. Measures of Success: Increase CRO Increase the MQL of our owned channels to be part of our ICP Lead generation from the company´s owned channels, improving the MQL to SQL VTEX brand awareness & authority Organic content performance, both in social media and the website Website´s organic traffic improvement Required Skills & Experience: Soft Skills: Strategic and visionary leadership , with the ability to align marketing with business goals. High adaptability and resilience , thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , working closely with C-level executives. Problem-solving mindset , with the ability to make data-driven and quick decisions. Collaboration and team leadership , managing cross-functional teams and external partners. Hard Skills: Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong background in brand strategy, demand generation, and digital marketing . Deep knowledge of paid media strategies , particularly LinkedIn Ads , and campaign optimization. Experience in content marketing and owned channel strategies . Strong SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and website management expertise. Ability to define and execute global campaign distribution strategies . Experience managing media accounts and strategic partnerships . Strong analytical skills , with the ability to measure impact and optimize performance. Full proficiency in English . Spanish is desirable. Note: 6+ years of experience leading high-performance teams is required. Additional Information: This position requires significant travel , as you will need to work closely with global teams, attend key events, and engage with markets around the world. Candidates must be willing and able to travel frequently to ensure successful execution of global campaigns and initiatives.
