We're seeking a results-oriented leader with solid experience in Customer Experience (CX), Inbound Call Management, and Cross-Selling strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Coordinator, or Account Manager, preferably in the BPO industry.
