We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam As an Accounting Manager. The main purpose of the role is improving the whole accounting processes and maintaining them under United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“US GAAP”) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) Key Tasks & Accountabilities - Lead Accounting Team including organizing, distributing, and verifying their work - Participate in the Accounting Team’s training and development - Ensure the correct recognition of revenue - Understand accounting issues that the Company is facing such as stock-based compensation, leases, consolidation, etc. - Obtain necessary information to resolve the accounting for business issues as they arise. - Communicate with internal and external units to supply or obtain information - Audit invoices, monitor accounts payable trial balance, and give the final check to input manual invoices. - Participate in the new ERP implementation - Perform other accounting-related assignments as requested from the Director of Accounting - Manage local taxes - Lead “Medios magnéticos” process **Skills**: 5+ years of experience working in financial, accounting areas. Academic & Professional Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in public accounting - Strong knowledge and experience in US GAAP and IFRS including the writing of issue papers and reporting - Proficiency with local taxes - Transfer pricing knowledge and experience - Proficient in analyzing accounting and financial information - Expertise in organizing, distributing, and verifying the work of the direct reports - Exceptional listening, verbal, presentation, organizational, and written communication skills. - Attention to detail, creative and able to establish credibility with peers and direct reports - Highly energetic and self-starter - Leadership skills - Team player essential - High integrity absolutely essential Fluent in English Knowledge Essential - Excel: Advanced level
