Sr. Collections Specialist 📍 Location: Medellín, Colombia 🕒 Work Schedule - Days: Monday to Friday - Shifts: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (local time) 🗣️ Language Requirement - English Level: High (Minimum B2 – 80%) - Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. 🎯 Position Objective To manage and optimize the overdue accounts recovery process by developing and executing effective collection strategies.
