Job Overview The primary organizational contact point for data ensures it is understood, effectively used, and complies with defined data standards. This role assists in initiating product creation requests. Key Responsibilities - Review inputs from marketing/development/packaging/foreign trade teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of information. - Manage the flowchart of steps, including responsible parties, timelines, and sequence, to ensure timely completion. - Contact and manage audits, data quality, and GS1 standards. - Handle finished product codes and raw materials & semi-finished products requested by technical/innovation areas. - Minimize errors, connect teams, and generate/expedite solutions related to product creation. - Identify/notify new master data or updates needed and connect with data owners for timely management. - Identify opportunities/efficiencies within the business in the product creation process. - Manage and document external policies and standards, internal and external processes. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in management, analytics, or similar fields. - Flexible: easily adapts to changes and new systems/methods. - Delivers with quality and speed. - Global and holistic perspective. - Experience with Office 365, SAP, or other ERP tools is desirable. - Experience in EDI, Data Quality, databases, and SQL sequences. - Self-directed, communicates effectively, team player with demonstrated ability in strong collaboration. - Knowledge in supply chain and materials is desirable. - English skills B2- C1.
