Responsabilidades/**Responsabilidades**: - Analyze project activities daily for quality, durability, safety and known construction specifications before the final stage of operations. - Evaluate the materials routinely used during construction, the work environment and components during construction by running specific tests of quality. - Seek answers and information regarding customer or in-house problems with quality or performance by investigating all parts of the construction process. - Document quality assurance practices by entering data into logbooks, noting information in computer databases and recording all inventory and actions. - Ensure that during all parts of the construction schedule that the project meets all guidelines related to federal, state and local regulations that pertain to the industry. - Communicate with management and other team members when problems arise and offer possible solutions to help correct any mistakes during construction. - Assess quality assurance strategies periodically to determine best practices and improvements that could lead to fewer problems and interruptions in the construction schedule. Calificaciones/QualificaÃ-ões: **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Quality control, mechanical or electrical technician or a related field preferred - Minimum 1 years of work experience in workplace environmental, health and safety program management. - Working knowledge of Local regulations, policies, programs, PPE, environmental policies (EPA), safety engineering, accident/injury investigation procedures and operating rules, etc - Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with computer skills. (MSWord and Excel) - Excellent organization and time management skills, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality - Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours and possible overtime, and business travel when needed
