Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar ) Who You Are: Your Skills and Expertise At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role supporting executive-level stakeholders (Directors, VPs, or C-Suite) Experience in a solutions-focused role requiring active listening, problem-solving, and alignment-building Proven ability to diplomatically challenge unreasonable client requests Strong coaching presence with excellent listening and expectation-setting skills Creative thinker with a non-procedural, flexible approach to problem-solving Excellent command of the English language Sharp business acumen and professional polish Preferred experience in the recruitment and/or hiring process Preferred experience in job search strategy and best practices What You’ll Be Responsible For: Your Impact Conduct client onboarding meetings to set a strong first impression of the program Transition client context and energy from sales to fulfillment Check in with clients to assess progress, address issues, and measure success Tailor support by understanding and adapting to each client’s unique needs Navigate and recommend appropriate program assets to match client goals Respond to client inquiries within 12 hours Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism Push back diplomatically when requests fall outside agreed scopes (e.g. refunds) Collect text and video testimonials that highlight job search success Advocate client needs by partnering with fulfillment leaders to improve offerings Your Future Team at Emapta Latam Join Emapta Latam and contribute to our legacy of transforming global outsourcing.
