Responsibilities include managing referrals, organizing caregiver assignments, monitoring payroll processes, and performing general office duties. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Answer and manage calls professionally, addressing inquiries and maintaining client relations. Coordinate caregiver assignments and schedules, ensuring proper client matches. Handle payroll tasks, including verifying timesheets and updating telephony records. Maintain accurate records of caregivers in ClearCare and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Provide on-call support when required and assist with recruiting, hiring, and training caregivers. Support sales, marketing, and public relations efforts as needed. Uphold the company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions Skills and Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent with at least two years of business experience Strong office, computer, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication abilities. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and adaptability.
