We are looking for a Staff HRIS Analyst to join our People and Places team, reporting to the senior manager of HR Technology. In this role, you will help maintain enhancements and improvements to our People Technology platform of Workday HCM, onboarding, benefits, absence management, advanced comp, performance management, EIBs, reporting, and downstream system integrations. You’ll collaborate with the HRIS team and cross-functional stakeholders to automate and continuously improve HR processes, systems, and procedures to achieve maximum department and organizational efficiency., then this position will be of interest to you. **What you’ll do**: - Provides support for HR information system including, but not limited to, ensuring data integrity, researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process errors; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements - Collaborates with various departments to identify areas of system improvements and enhancements and supports implementing identified solutions - Manages permissions, access, security, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users - Serves as point of contact between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS support and troubleshooting - Troubleshoots complex issues related to system data and architecture - Assesses new Workday features and conducts regression testing during Workday update cycles - Raises inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management - Supports the implementation of process and system improvements, testing, change management, and communication strategy for internal HRIS users - Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements **What you’ll bring**: - Prior Workday HCM implementations - Previous working experience as a Workday Senior Systems Analyst for 5-7 years - Business Management, Information Technology or similar relevant field - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Critical thinker - Creative problem solver - Great analytical skills - Data-driven approach - Prior Workday Integration experience with ADP is a plus - Experience with Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) is a plus **What success looks like**: ***After six months, you will - Develop a strong understanding of Infoblox processes and HR technology - Build partnerships with cross-functional peers and key stakeholders - Develop a strong understanding of the monthly and quarterly metrics for executive team - Support the maintenance and configuration of integrations and external vendors After about a year, you will - Gain a holistic understanding of the HR systems to help drive overall process improvements - Deliver a variety of advanced analytic for users across the organization - Lead HR process improvements and multi-system automation project - Develop internal knowledge base and process documentation **Why Infoblox?** ***We’ve created a culture that embraces **diversity, equity, and inclusion** and rewards innovation, curiosity, and creativity.
