**Supplier Relations Analyst** **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Support in the indications and selection of suppliers for projects according to customer needs. - Optimize workflow for sourcing specialists and managers - Ensure and manage the entire onboarding process of new suppliers; - Support and guide suppliers on our criteria and processes; - Work with our systems for provider availability to all accounts. - Guarantee and manage the KPI's of the countries under their responsibility; - Research potential suppliers and make recommendations based on knowledge of manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and scheduling availability. **REQUIREMENTS** - More than 2 years of experience in sourcing or purchasing - Experience with commercial printing or promotional projects/materials is a plus; - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline - Experience in negotiating with suppliers; - Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills - Highly proficient with MS Office software, specifically Excel - Entrepreneurial mindset with an inner drive to achieve goals and continually succeed - Experience excelling in high-energy, fast-paced environments - English is a plus; Your resume will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting team and we’ll reach out to you directly if there’s a fit.
