Ensure effective troubleshooting and 2ndlevel resolution of technology issues, deployment and setup ofPersonal Computers (software, hardware and peripherals). Keycontact to respond to, analyze, provide and follow-up onInfrastructure service problems and inquiries. Technical Supportand Troubleshooting: - Support all infrastructure incidentsincluding desktops, laptops, LAN connectivity, wirelessconnectivity, and network printers. - Troubleshoot hardware andsoftware issues reported by users. - Ensure timely follow-throughon problem determination, prioritization, resolution, documentationand closure of reported issues. - Relationship Management andCommunication: - Provide comprehensive support to employees at alllevels, including senior executives, by translating and simplifyingtechnical information for non-technical users. - Build and maintainpositive and productive relationships with co-workers andcustomers. - Contribute to special projects, ad-hoc committees,inter-departmental committees, and professional organizations indetermining the impact of related projects. - ContinuousImprovement and Innovation: - Grasp technical concepts quickly andapply learnings based on Global GIT standards. Research newtechnology and make recommendations to modify Colgate standards. -Devise and recommend inventive and creative solutions to solvecomplex infrastructure problems. - Understand and utilize projectmanagement methodologies to build and manage project plans forInfrastructure implementations.
