Meet the Team The AI Software & Platform Team delivers AI products to help businesses worldwide defend against threats and safeguard critical assets with security resilience. Your Impact Contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge AI defense platform to help our customers confidently deploy and manage AI systems. Ensure excellent user experience and platform reliability, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with other engineering groups to drive platform enhancements and feature development, aligning with product and engineering requirements. Work with cross-functional teams in Cisco Security Business Group to address security challenges of AI systems. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of industry experience in software development, focusing on building scalable SaaS applications. Experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Python). Experience with cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with API frameworks (e.g., Swagger, OpenAPI, GraphQL) and service frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring). Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions. Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining applications in AWS environment with cloud-native solutions. Hands-on experience with Protobuf, GraphQL, and Go.
