Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Trainer to join our team at Blackstone Medical Services. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our employees, with a focus on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, with a proven track record of effectively transferring knowledge and driving performance improvement. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs to support the professional development of employees, including new hires and existing staff. - Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia resources.• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for skill enhancement. - Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, performance metrics, and participant assessments. - Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and promote continuous improvement. - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment.
