As a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to identify, engage, and secure exceptional candidates for critical technical roles. What You'll Be Doing Actively seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skills related to sourcing techniques, job posting enhancements, technology trends, and industry best practices. Demonstrate meticulousness and thoroughness in identifying and documenting candidate qualifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Clearly and effectively communicate with team members, candidates, and hiring managers, both orally and in writing. Adjust sourcing strategies and approaches based on changing priorities, market conditions, and client needs. Identify and resolve sourcing challenges, such as limited candidate availability or specific skill requirements. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to understand sourcing needs and deliver high-quality candidates. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in IT sourcing or a related field. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate documentation and communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams. Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and adjust strategies as needed. Problem-solving skills to navigate sourcing challenges and propose innovative solutions. Ability to assess technical skills through LinkedIn profiles and resumes. Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. Understanding of IT and technical terminology, software development life cycle, and IT project management. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions. Experience analyzing sourcing and hiring data to identify trends and areas for improvement is a nice to have. Desired ability to engage passive candidates and build a strong network of technical professionals. Familiarity with CRM systems and applicant tracking tools (e.g., Lever, HubSpot) is a nice-to-have.
