Our Medical Affairs team advances patient care by engaging in scientific exchange with external medical experts and industry leaders ensuring the scientific value of our products is understood. We connect, communicate and train internal employees to ensure a thorough understanding of the science behind the medicine and review further unmet medical needs to support collaboration to further differentiate our portfolio. The incumbent will join the Colombian GMA team (Global Medical Affairs) with focus on identify and develop LDG (Local data generation studies) the areas of Oncology, Vaccines, Primary care, Specialty care such as diabetes, infection and HIV and product launches. The role involves interactions With Our Company local medical, marketing and access managers to have an understanding of country-specific Epidemiological, Clinical and HTA needs as well as how to support the value discussion with scientific leader and KDM (Key decision maker). **Functions** Work in identify data gaps and unmedical needs, use literature Review to give the Scient perspective Managing LDG and developing the LDG studies in the approval, contracting. execution, and analysis Phase Participate in the Publication process to accomplish all the SOP and the electronic flow. To be part the CFT (cross functional team) Documented communication skills focused on training/teaching in the areas of HTA, or and/or RWE. Accomplish the GMA activities. **Education**: Medical Doctor or Healthcare Professionals.
