As an Analytics & Planning Associate, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing revenue operations processes. **Responsibilities**: - **Data Analysis and Interpretation**:Utilize advanced analytical techniques (SQL, Complex GSheet/Excel formulas, Tableau) to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations - **Revenue Optimization**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, productivity optimization, and overall business performance improvement - **KPI Monitoring**: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to track and report on revenue metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders - **Modeling and Forecasting**:Build and maintain predictive models to support pipeline and revenue forecasting, helping the organization make informed strategic decisions - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, to understand business requirements and provide analytical support - **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement in data analysis capabilities **Qualifications**: **Required**: - Fluency in English - please provide CV in English; all interviews will be conducted in English - 3+ years relevant experience in FP&A;, biz ops, revenue strategy, strategy consulting, and/or operations - Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R - Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations **Desired**: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline - Telecommunications experience a plus - Experience with revenue forecasting and predictive modeling **Location**: This role will be remote and based in Colombia. **Travel**: We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.
