The Pre-Sales Consultant thrives in adeadline-focused environment where taking the initiative, clearcommunication and flexibility are critical. Your Day with Equisoft: - Perform client-facing presentations and product demonstrations ofinsurance solutions to all levels of personnel within a prospectiveorganization. - Design and adapt each demonstration to meetspecific clients’ needs while communicating applicable messagesbased on proposed solution and sales strategy. - Translateinsurance product requirements into business and functionalrequirements that can be included in demonstrations. - Respond toRFPs and analyze complex demonstration scenarios and Proof ofConcept requests. - Maintain current knowledge of markets, industrytrends, competition, products and strategies. - Support fast-pacedcadence of work with parallel opportunities globally. Requirements:Technical - University Degree or commensurate experience, and theability to communicate, write and synthesize information. - Minimumof 3-5 years of experience in presenting client-facingdemonstrations - Strong autonomy and self-motivation are requiredwith the ability to communicate progress and blockers in a timelymanner. - Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken andwritten). - Understanding of the software development cycle. -Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally. Soft skills - Strong sense of organization and prioritizing. - Analytical andproblem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate, write andsynthesize information. - Ability to multi-task in a rapid-pacedenvironment. - Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, anddiscipline. Nice to Haves: - Experience within a sales team -Experience with back-office insurance carrier or distributionpolicy administration systems or agent sales tools such as CRM,e-applications or illustrations. - Experience with OIPA (OracleInsurance Policy Administration) or Equisoft products is an asset. - Some technical knowledge is an asset. - Knowledge of French is anasset.
