About the Role: As a Senior Consultant, you will leadproject workstreams, conduct in-depth data analysis, and providestrategic recommendations to clients. Working closely with our teamof consultants, you will design and implement tailored solutionsthat precisely align with client needs. Key Responsibilities:Integrate Process Mining Tools into clients' diverse systemlandscapes. Translate process information into data models forprocess analysis. Conduct comprehensive analyses to enhance processtransparency and drive improvements. Work closely with AutomationEngineers and Business Analysts to design and optimize end-to-endautomation using Analytics, Automation, and Machine Learning. Evaluate business and financial impacts and effectively communicatefindings to key stakeholders. Test and review new functionalitiesand applications of the latest Process Mining tools. Lead projectworkstreams, managing scope, budget, and timelines. Providedata-driven recommendations to clients. Stay updated on industrytrends and best practices to continuously improve consultingservices. Build and maintain strong client relationships,positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Must-Have Qualifications& Competencies: 2 to 3 years of experience in Process Mining. Strong background in Data Science. Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving skills with strategic and creative thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for strong clientengagement. Proficiency in PQL and a keen interest in Big Data,Data Analytics, and Process Mining. Ability to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions. Experience in at least oneof the following business processes: Order-to-Cash, AccountsReceivable, Accounts Payable, or Purchase-to-Pay. Hands-onexperience with Celonis and/or UiPath Process Mining. Solidunderstanding of ERP system process flows (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred). Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Case-Centric andObjective-Centric approaches in Celonis Process Management.
