The role focuses on leading and executing the TTS Sales Strategy in Colombia for clients’ in the NON BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS sector. It involves, amongst others, the following responsibilities. Pipeline origination and follow through, design and deployment of the Non Bank Financial Institutions sector strategy, and sharing of best practices across the Andean cluster countries and the Latam Region. Additionally, generate client revenue growth and retention for parent companies and subsidiaries located in the cluster and in the region. Success will be measured not only by revenue generation and pipeline, but also by the strong collaboration and partnership with the Global Banking organization (including the Global Subsidiaries Group), cross functional TTS partners and GSG relationship managers globally for Non Bank Financial Institutions Through the combination of deep technical knowledge with sales skills and medium and long term strategic thinking, the NBFI Solution Sales is responsible for the diagnosis and development of complex solutions for local, regional and / or global level set of products such as: - Cash Management Solutions (Payments, Receivables & Channel Services, Commercial Cards) - Trade origination: (Services & Finance Bid & Performance Bonds, Working Capital Trade Finance (Supply Chain) and Structured Trade The person in the NBFI Solutions Sales role is assigned to a defined portfolio of Non bank Financial Institutions (Insurance, Asset managers, Broker Dealers, PI clients), with product and sector expertise, responsible for TTS FI sales origination, new cross-sell and retention. It is responsible for technical solution design and proposals to convert pipeline prospects to wins as well as maintain the overall TTS relationship for the client. The person in this role is responsible for the NBFI and PI strategy across and the Andean region and ensures having a good liaison with the Regional and Global sales / product teams. The Non Bank FI Solution Sales for Andean is also responsible for the voice of the client results in the cluster. Work closely in partnership with TTS FI Global/Regional Solutions Sales Specialist focusing on revenue expansion and revenue realization through cross sell opportunities. Responsible for driving deals through Implementation, ensuring revenue ramp up from deals implemented and for monitoring revenues to ensure retention of existing revenue, manage and report attrition across client portfolio Be the client advocate in managing the Citi network, +100 countries to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include: - Effectively manage, and partner with Banking, as appropriate, in order to manage all relevant aspects of Client - Actively contribute to TTS commercialization by providing market and client feedback - Focus on Colombia names expanding Locally, Regionally, and Globally and also design and manage de Andean NBFI and PI strategy for Andean region. - Achieve TTS Revenue, Pipeline, Wins and Call Report Targets - Conduct competitive analysis and positioning Expand commercial activities beyond the traditional point of purchase to Finance and Treasury, through the full range of products TTS. - Develop new business and cross-sell opportunities - Strategize with product partners on new product launches - Develop and maintain industry knowledge. Be the bank expert on the customer is operating needs - Read and review industry publications - Participate in key industry conferences - Oversee the sales process from idea generation to mandate and revenue realization - Champion complex deals or multi-product opportunities through the deal review process. (Solution Sales is responsible for overall proposal creation and deal review) - Co-ordinate cross-product pricing - Provide customer feedback to product managers on requirements and emerging market trends and / or competitors. Develop and maintain Industry knowledge - Compliance with TTS Sales Disciplines, Training, Citi Risk and Control Policies, including Clean Desk, AML, Information Security /Training and Ethical Code of Conduct - Strong Trade related products Knowledge and deep understanding of RORC, Return on Basel III Capital, ROA and Trade Finance RACC process - Promote the creation of new revenue and profit growth to maximize participation in the Share of Wallet (SOW) of assigned clients. - Support Execution 2.0, related TTS and TTS Sales initiatives, One ICG integration across all initiatives Additional Job Description Knowledge/Experience: - Possesses knowledge of TTS and other banking products - Strong marketing and selling skills & ‘customer first’ mind-set. - Experience in delivering sales results and meeting financial plans - ability to thrive in a result-oriented environment - Ability to work with a pipeline management tool in tracking value of sales wins and losses, sales cycle tracking and tracking sales activities via dashboards - Ability to implement ideas and concepts into
