Global Trade Executive This position involves managing business relationships with key clients in the international logistics and customs sector. To be successful, you must ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting regulatory requirements and driving sustainable commercial growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of strategic clients to increase loyalty and revenue. - Identify opportunities for business growth through imports, exports, international transportation, and customs operations services. - Create customized proposals and quotes tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with operational teams to deliver efficient services. - Conduct post-sale reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. - Participate in industry events and roundtable discussions. - Report progress, forecasts, and business results to the commercial team. Requirements: - Degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or Administration. - 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles within the logistics or customs sector. - In-depth knowledge of Colombian customs regulations, Incoterms, and import/export processes. - Strong English language skills (B2 level). - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. - Flexible work schedule, including occasional Saturdays. Location and Modality: This role is based at Dorado Plaza Business Center in Bogotá, Colombia. Work will be conducted on-site at the client's location.
