Indefinite - Full time - 11011, Bogotá, Bogotá, Colombia - Marketing **ROLE PURPOSE** As Head of Marketing, you will have the responsibility to lead our marketing efforts to support sales, event, content, and brand teams with the digital channels and insight to drive growth in online traffic, engagement, and revenue. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Evaluation and development of the B2B marketing strategy and the marketing plan, with particular emphasis on digital demand generation for sales effectiveness. - Planning, direction, and coordination of marketing efforts. - Supervision of the internal areas of the marketing department. - Planning and supervision of the communication strategy, including social media marketing and content marketing to ensure brand consistency - Investigation of the demand for the company's products and services. - Competitor research. - Identifying potential customers, supporting sales and lead generation efforts. - Development of promotions with advertising managers. - Understanding and developing budgets and finances, including expenses, credits for research and development, investment returns, and profit and loss projections. - Development and management of advertising campaigns. - Creation of brand awareness and positioning. - Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare the budget. - Analysis of user behavior and site interaction, highlighting opportunities to increase traffic levels, improve engagement and enhance conversion rates/leads generated - Work with key stakeholders (Sales and Business Development) to coordinate co-op marketing plans with key trade partners in this market. - Event organization. - Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals - Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out Stay up to date with digital technology developments **Education**: - Degree in Marketing or business MBA **Knowledge/Abilities**: - Must be knowledgeable and passionate about Fintech, PayTech and b2b ecosystem. - Experience in mobile and digital growth strategies, with a proven track record of success in challenging markets - Experience in a leadership role - Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing successful B2B marketing campaigns - Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function - Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices - Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software - Excellent analytical and project management skills - Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills - Eagerness to learn about our products to effectively contribute to our brand excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organization and presentation skills A creative thinker with innovative ideas
