Client Success Associate (English/Spanish) Be among the first 25 applicants. As part of the Client Success team, you will be responsible for handling the full sales process, from converting registered leads into active account holders, managing a client portfolio, to reactivating dormant accounts. Your knowledge of our platforms, products, and financial markets will enable you to meet your targets and KPIs while adhering to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly. Key Responsibilities: Introduce and promote company products to clients through various online and offline channels. Provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with new and existing clients via social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding revenue, account opening, and turnover targets. Engage potential clients by sharing insights on financial markets and trading opportunities. Handle the full sales cycle—from lead conversion to account management and client retention. Educate clients on using our trading platforms and re-engage inactive customers. Collaborate with team members and marketing to create engaging content that boosts acquisition and retention. Maintain compliance with company policies while continuously improving sales strategies. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar stock broking, CFD, or Forex sales position. University degree required; fields such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration preferred. Basic knowledge or experience in trading, CFDs, or financial markets is a plus. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Proficient in MS Office. Person Specifications: Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Energetic, highly motivated, and well-organized with excellent time management skills. Good understanding of working within a regulated environment. Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
