Role Overview As a Paid Advertising Strategist, you will own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns, aligning efforts with client business goals. You will work independently and collaboratively with account leadership on strategy, reporting, optimization, and client communication, providing insights and forward-thinking strategies to enhance performance. Responsibilities Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid social and native media platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Bing. Manage campaign builds, optimizations, client budgets, and communication. Provide performance insights, strategic recommendations, and regular client updates. Understand marketing funnels, eCommerce, and lead gen strategies. Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to optimize processes. Requirements 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1-2 years in an agency setting. Experience in Direct Response marketing, especially in E-Commerce, Lead Generation, or B2B. Proficiency with Meta Ads, Search Engine Marketing, and campaign management tools. Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media roles. Skills & Qualities Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, and interested in long-term growth with the company.
