Our dynamic team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Legal Recruiter to join us in Medellín. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for paralegal assistants and legal support roles. - Build strong relationships with international clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. - Conduct reference checks and assist with job offers, ensuring a seamless placement process. - Use a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and legal networks. **Requirements**: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in legal recruitment or recruitment for legal support roles (paralegals, legal assistants, legal recruiters). - Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). **Preferred**: Experience recruiting for international clients in the legal industry.
