Live Casino Operations Supervisor As a Control Room Shift Supervisor, you will lead live casino operations with precision at ARRISE. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, respecting and upholding game standards, contributing to company development, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational goals. Main Responsibilities: - Maintain relationships with internal and external clients. - Respect and maintain game standards imposed by the company. - Contribute to the company's development through active participation. - Collaborate and cooperate with colleagues to achieve operational goals. Operational Activities: - Support players when necessary or upon request. - Ensure an attractive and entertaining game environment for players. - Coordinate staff under supervision, ensuring optimal employee numbers on shift. - Monitor table assignments, rotations, and breaks. - Periodically assess staff performance. Candidate Requirements: - Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry. - Knowledge Proficiency: Understanding of games and procedures. - Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office. - Management Experience: Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous.
