Descripción de la oferta **Role**: - QA Engineer (Mock and Performance APIs) **Position Overview**: - This role does not involve UI Automation testing or back-end languages like.NET or Java. **Required Skills and Qualifications**: - Systems Engineering Professionals or related careers. - Experience of six (6) months or more. - Strong Proficiency in **API,** **Services,** and** Integration Testing.**: - Experience with **Service Mocking** and **HTTP Tracking.**: - Proficiency in Scripting Languages**:JavaScript, Python**, and **PowerShell.**: - Skilled in log and trace **Analysis.**: - Familiarity with stress and performance **Testing Methodologies.**: - Hands-on experience with Test Tools**:Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, Insomnia**, and similar tools. - Basic understanding of **CI/CD** **Processes** and Tools, with optional experience in **Jenkins.**: - **ISTQB** **Certification** is desirable. - Ability to add **QA** steps to** CI/CD Pipelines.**: - Strong **English** language skills, with experience in **Nearshore Projects Highly Preferred.**: - Passport required; US Visa desirable. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and develop automated test scripts for API, services, and integration testing. - Perform service mocking and HTTP tracking to simulate real-world scenarios. - Write and execute scripts in JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell for test automation. - Conduct log and trace analysis to identify and resolve issues. - Execute stress and performance tests to ensure system reliability and scalability. - Use test tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, and Insomnia to validate APIs and services. - Participate in some manual testing as needed to complement automated tests. - Add QA steps to CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on Jenkins. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables. - Maintain strong communication and documentation skills, particularly in English, for nearshore project collaboration. - Travel occasionally for short-term assignments in Brasil, Panamá, Jamaica, and other Caribbean countries. **What You'll Love About Working Here**: - We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
