Summary of the Role: As a Scrum Master Senior Specialist , you will be accountable for improving value delivery at the Agile team level, fostering Lean-Agile practices, and ensuring transparency in execution. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and act as a key change agent to promote continuous improvement. In This Role, You’ll: Work autonomously within structured processes while actively influencing Agile practices and coaching team members. You’ll contribute to the Scrum Master Community while acting as a reference for colleagues and supporting junior team members. You will manage key Agile ceremonies, optimize delivery flow, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency across teams. Key Responsibilities: Train team leaders and members in Lean-Agile principles and methodologies. Guide teams in Agile estimation, continuous improvement, and built-in quality practices. Promote collaboration between teams and stakeholders. Act as a key change agent, fostering an Agile mindset across the organization. Ensure Transparency and Predictability: Track and optimize value flow through Agile teams. Manage and mitigate team risks and dependencies. Provide key execution metrics and communicate goals for visibility. Facilitate Agile Team Events: Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Participate in Train-level events (PI Planning, System Demo, ART Sync). Strengthen Communities of Practice and Agile best practices. Ensure Quality Delivery and Customer Feedback Utilization: Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to refine backlogs. Facilitate synchronization meetings for stakeholder alignment. Support long-term delivery planning and strategy development. Lead retrospective workshops to enhance agility across teams. Partner with Agile Coaches to contribute to the organization's Agile transformation. About the Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, RTE, or Kanban Coach. Strong background working with multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment . Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Rally, VersionOne , or similar tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Strong understanding of Agile vs. Waterfall methodologies . Certifications from Scrum.org, PMI, SAFe, Scrum Alliance, LeSS , or similar. Technical expertise in cloud computing and project management principles. Travel or airline industry experience is a plus!
