The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations. 2. Identify the needs of client and find solution to it. 3. Answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. WORKING CONDITIONS: 1. Remote 2. Shift-based — in a Call Center that works 24/7. 3. Pacific Time Zone Requirements 1.
