The main challenge of the eCom Activation Associate role is to lead their categories with support from the Vice President, Sales, to meet Sales & Advertising targets on Amazon. The role involves managing Amazon's content, advertising, and digital activation strategies, requiring a deep understanding of operational, analytical, and technical aspects of the industry. Main Purposes of the Job Report to Vice President of Sales to execute and launch Amazon Advertising tactics. Lead the implementation of the Amazon Advertising roadmap and achieve sales goals in collaboration with the Sales team. Monitor product detail pages daily to improve content quality and optimize SEO. Coordinate promotional activities with site merchandising plans and advertising strategies with the Sales Analyst. Develop and manage targeted advertising campaigns using tools like Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads, understanding KPI drivers. Differentiate between upper and lower funnel media strategies, including Sponsored Brand Campaigns, Video Ads, Display Ads, and Retargeting. Collaborate with the Sales Analyst to produce real-time reports for senior management. Work with Creative and Marketing Teams on product launches, landing pages, on-site campaigns, and homepage updates. Stay updated on site changes, product management, and new web features through research and community engagement. Ensure product details are current and approved by the marketing team. Conduct content tests and implement best practices for content improvement. Main Skills Required 4-year bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business). Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. Preferred skills in data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau. Business-level proficiency in English. Initiative, follow-through, and strong analytical skills. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, organization, and deadline management. Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
