As the Integration Engineering Head you will be responsible for creating efficient workflows and processes that ensure the execution of our high integration standards, as well as working closely with our Product team to develop top-class technical solutions that guarantee our partner’s operational excellence. Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de: - Manage the implementation of Inventory, Payment, and Order management integrations.- Actively participate in the product development process of new integration solutions or features that enhance our portfolio.- Lead technical pre-sales meetings with potential partners and act as the main point of contact for all external technical teams.- Identify technical opportunities in our integrations and translate them into improvement plans that boost our partner’s operation.- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure the team’s success and identify potential improvements.- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams for all technical issues regarding integrations.
