About the Role "> We are seeking an experienced Sales and Distribution SAP Consultant to facilitate the SAP ECC rollout for Colombia and Peru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process and data mapping, testing, training, and cutover activities. The successful candidate will ensure that process design and system usage align with business and functional strategies. They will work closely with business processes to identify integration needs across IT systems, preventing duplication and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities - Facilitate the SAP ECC rollout for Colombia and Peru, including process and data mapping, testing, training, and cutover activities. - Ensure process design and system usage align with business and functional strategies. - Work with business processes to identify integration needs across IT systems, preventing duplication and ensuring stakeholder alignment. - Harmonize and standardize the IT landscape in alignment with IT strategy. - Represent HUB priorities and requirements while providing business insights within the IT organization. - Oversee IT project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. - Proactively communicate project progress, obstacles, and solutions. - Ensure IT solutions comply with relevant legislation, directives, and corporate policies. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field and post-Graduation (desirable) - Minimum 5 years of overall experience in business and IT functions - Proven experience in business process integration or a similar role within IT or business operations - Fluent Spanish and English - Relational databases (SQL) - Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, Six Sigma (desired) - In-depth knowledge of Business Process Management and previous experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations (minimum two implementations) in SAP SD/ FI-CO/MM modules - Preferably international rollouts - Experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, APIs, ETL tools) - Experience in Colombia or Peru companies who issued domestic invoices in USD is a highly appreciated knowledge background What We Offer A challenging opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients.
