Responsibilities and Accountabilities Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of the business. Customize and configure the CRM system to align with business processes. Develop and implement CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports. Provide training and support to end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other business systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM features and updates. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
