The Finance Sr. Manager will be responsible for strategic business partnering and support to Northern Cluster MedTech Commercial Organization (Colombia, Central American and the Caribbean), reporting directly to the Finance Director. As part of core activities, the Finance Sr. Manager will lead value creation through financial analysis and projections, profitability analysis, investment strategies, and resource allocations, being the finance focal point for Franchise Directors. From a strategic perspective, the manager will also partner with Finance Controlling and FP&A; Teams to oversee financial closing, compliance, and forecasting impacting the P&L; of the businesses under his/her responsibility. This Sr. Manager will lead a team of 6, proactively acting on building, developing, and retaining a high-performance organization enabled with digital capabilities. **Major Duties & Responsibilities** - Finance business partner to commercial leaders, actively participating in business decisions towards value creation and sustainable growth (Go to market, product launches, innovations, long-term commercial partnerships, etc.). - Product and sales price analysis with Sales Managers and Franchise Directors. Periodic studies/updates on transfer pricing in coordination with corporate offices. - Monitors monthly, quarterly, and annual expense budgets (BVAs), identifying deviations and areas of opportunity for all departments and proactively working in action plans with business leaders to deliver the company´s financial commitments. - Support audits and monitor the activity of the organization’s accounting and financial transactions to ensure compliance. - Passion for talent development and creation of high-performance teams. **Qualifications**: **Qualification**: - Bachelor´s Degree, MBA/Master Preferred. - Required Years of Related Experience: Min. 10 years, 5 years with people management responsibilities. - Strategic talent mindset, supporting and leading a talent agenda. - Digital-enabled finance professional (knowledge and uses of digital capabilities to support decision-making). - Strategic leadership and business acumen, with previous experience in business partnering, financial planning, and accounting. - Ability to manage conflicts openly and constructively. - Must be able to work independently and effectively under time pressure. - A proven track record in delivering results, being a self-starter, and having the ability to manage complexity is a must - Excellent communication skills, quickly building credibility throughout the organization. - Ability to make the complex clear and easily understood by others required. - Ability to build partnerships. - Language skills: Spanish and English
