Location: ColombiaJob OverviewWe are looking for a performance-focused Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our AI & Data Strategy team, specializing in marketing performance, campaign attribution, and user journey analytics. This role will work closely with the marketing team to quantify impact, optimize spend, and build visibility into digital customer behaviors across web and app platforms.You'll be responsible for developing reporting frameworks and funnel analytics that help optimize how we acquire, convert, and retain customers, directly influencing strategic decisions and ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Analytics & Performance InsightsQuantify the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, lifecycle, and in-app flowsDefine and maintain core campaign KPIs such as CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV, and ROAS (Open rate, Click Rate, Bounce Rate, Attribution).Build dynamic dashboards using Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI to report campaign performance and funnel conversion trendsRun post-campaign analyses to inform budget allocation and targeting strategiesSupport Analysis of A/B testing and other experiments from marketing.User Journey & Funnel AnalysisTrack engagement drop-off and optimize conversion flows across platformsPartner with marketing to measure A/B and multivariate tests across key touchpointsUncover insights on product engagement by integrating event-level web and app data (Smartlook, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Firebase, etc. )Data Integration & Reporting AutomationCollaborate with data engineers to automate data pipelines and maintain high-integrity campaign reportingIntegrate first-party, CRM, behavioral, and campaign data for unified performance reportingBuild scalable reporting solutions for marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp or equivalentMinimum QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related)Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or performance reportingAdvanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformationHands-on experience with at least one BI tool: Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BIStrong grasp of Google Analytics, user segmentation, and campaign lifecycle reportingAbility to quantify impact, present insights, and influence non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Skills & CertificationsFamiliarity with data pipeline orchestration (e.g., dbt, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Redshift)Experience working with product or marketing event trackers (e.g., Segment, Firebase, Mailchimp)Certifications such as Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or Tableau are a plusFamiliarity with MailChimp and Marketing campaign design, and tracking #J-18808-Ljbffr
