As a Senior SAP Business Analyst , your responsibilities will be: Gather and analyze business requirements related to US Payroll in SAP HCM, with a focus on time management processes. Ensure smooth integration between S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, primarily within Employee Central, while considering dependencies with other modules. Act as the functional link between business units, expert users, and technical teams, contributing to solution design, validation, and testing. Prepare detailed functional specifications, follow up on developments, and support system performance and alignment with business processes. In addition, you can make a difference if you meet: 5+ years of experience in Information Systems or Project Coordination, with a strong functional background in SAP. In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM (US Payroll and Time Management), S/4HANA and hands-on experience integrating with SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central). Strong communication skills to collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical developers.
