Job Description We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Agent to join our Leasing Department. This role is key to managing the leasing process and delivering outstanding tenant experiences. Key Responsibilities - Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective tenants, providing property information and coordinating property tours. - Assist tenants in completing rental applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. - Provide regular updates on leasing activities, tenant feedback, and market trends. - Participate in training programs to strengthen skills and industry knowledge. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales and customer service. - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in digital tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. - Bilingual or native fluency in English and Spanish.
