Job Description: Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of TV Repair Instructor. In this position, you will be responsible for teaching prisoners in a specialist TV Repair and Electronics workshop. \Entities: - Teaching and Training - Select prisoners for the workshop, conduct mandatory fire/fabric checks, and induct prisoners to health and safety procedures. - Provide support to prisoners, set work schedules, manage targets, and assess skills up to national qualification standards. - Supervise and maintain discipline of prisoners, provide quality assurance, and log attendance and security measures. - Conduct metal detector scans or rub down searches, contribute to prisoner reports, and complete regime monitoring information. - Maintain security, participate in self-audit, and complete administration activities to support the smooth running of the workshop. - Security and Control - The ability to fulfill all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English is required.
