Work Location: 7001 Columbia Gateway Dr, Columbia, MD 21046 and Remote option to work from home available Salary range: Salary: $108,000 - $120,000 Job Responsibilities: Manage complex analytics projects ensuring accurate, timely results that align with client requirements. Collaborate with Audience Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, and Product teams to design and implement analytics solutions. Define measurement frameworks across the full marketing funnel, aligning KPIs with business objectives. Design analytics solutions tailored to client objectives, develop customized measurement and testing frameworks and defining data flows for comprehensive reporting. Effectively communicate analytics insights to stakeholders. Drive innovation in analytics methodologies, refining workflows and creating scalable solutions that address needs. Establish and promote analytics best practices to enhance performance and ensure consistency. Develop documents to facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement of the analytics team. Anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively create solutions. Manage and mentor analysts contributing to their technical and career development. Required Skills/Experience/Education: Must have the following skills and experience to perform the above-mentioned tasks: Analytics consulting experience in retail or B2B with client engagement, requirements gathering, and project coordination. Experience with SQL, Python, and Alteryx for custom data extractions, analysis, and automations supporting decision making. Experience developing ETL pipelines. Experience creating machine learning and predictive analytics models. Experience analyzing large datasets including clickstream data. Experience with Tableau and Power BI to create dashboards and reports. Experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics for granular web and marketing insights, customer journey analysis, and segmentation. Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion optimization. Experience with tag management tools (Adobe Launch or Tealium) for event tracking and analytics integration. Experience in a cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience working with data from media platforms, site analytics, and CRM/sales data (Salesforce, Marketo, or Eloqua) Experience managing and mentoring 1-3 people (including remote workers). Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Engineering or related field and at least one (1) year of experience as a Senior Analytics Analyst or related occupation. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000-$120,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
