Our Professional Services Teams collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Your Key Responsibilities: - You'll train and enable customers on designing, running, and evaluating complex sourcing events using our Sourcing Optimization solution. - You'll work with large enterprises to design sourcing events for complex categories such as logistics, raw materials, and packaging. - You'll collaborate with engagement managers and partners to design end-to-end solutions that unlock customer value from their Coupa deployment. - You'll develop best practices within your areas of expertise and champion their adoption. - You'll provide technical guidance on our product and demonstrate how it can be configured to meet customer needs. - You may manage customer relationships, including travel up to 50% of your time. What We're Looking For: - A minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic sourcing or procurement. - Strong client management skills and ability to execute implementation plans that drive rapid, successful go-lives. - Experience in sourcing, category management, and running complex sourcing events, particularly in logistics, raw materials, and packaging. - Previous senior consulting experience with applications like Ariba, Jaggaer, GEP, Zycus, or other advanced sourcing platforms. - Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. - Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings.
