As a Client Success Manager, you will play a key role in delivering revenue growth in one or more client accounts. You will be the primary representative of the Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization for your clients and coordinate all CES activities and personnel within your account(s). Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: - Assist in the day-to-day delivery of assigned client accounts - Support the Account Delivery Manager in ensuring efficient account operations - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and assist in meeting their goals - Contribute to budget management and cost control for the accounts - Assist in tracking key performance metrics and objectives - Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies - Address account-related issues and escalate as needed - Provide regular status updates on account performance Mandatory Skills Description: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience - Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role - Experience with Profit and Loss Reports and control - Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles - Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership - Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Nice-to-Have Skills Description: - Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus - Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
