Translating concepts into captivating designs is second-nature to you and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Are you ready to Make it Happen?** **Your main responsibilities will include**: - Delivering Creative Excellence: - Consistently delivering high-quality and impactful output that meets and exceeds client’s expectations. - Ensuring Consistent Brand Identity: - Ensuring visual content reflects the brand's identity, maintaining consistency across all channels and touchpoints to reinforce brand recognition. - Being Innovative and keeping up with Trends: - Staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, infusing creativity and innovation into every project, to keep the creative output fresh and relevant. - Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment: - Handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Being adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under tight deadlines in a continuously changing environment. **What you already bring to the table**: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). - Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition. - Ability to create designs optimized for different platforms and devices. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with a team. - Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment. - English proficiency is a must; additional languages are a plus. - Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred. **About Profound** Work is a big part of life.
