We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects for our clients. This role will bridge the gap between our technical teams and our clients, ensuring clear communication, on-time delivery, and exceptional service. Primary Job Functions: Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules for IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security projects. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction. Team Coordination: Work closely with engineering, MSP, and vendor teams to ensure technical resources are aligned and tasks are completed according to plan. Scope & Budget Management: Track project scope, control changes, and ensure projects remain within budget. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to project management processes and tools. Required Skills: Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills. Minimum 3–5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or systems integrator environment. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with networking, security, and IT infrastructure projects. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in platforms such as Connectwise, Microsoft Teams, smart sheets, or similar. Certifications(preferred but not required): PMP Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
