Position Responsibilities This is an analyst role focused on individual contributions, with a hands-on approach and no direct reports. The Analyst will support three main components: Project Assignments, Proposals & Business Development, and Internal Business Practices. During the first year, the Analyst will gain exposure to various technical areas and undertake a personalized learning agenda. The general responsibilities include: Project Assignments: Participate in projects to identify issues, review evidence, analyze, and document processes. Support development of project plans, including scheduling, workshops, interviews, and documentation. Engage with client management to understand business conditions. Conduct market scans and analyze trends to identify opportunities or risks. Support communication of project results through reports and presentations. Draft reports and present findings for review. Contribute to other projects and learning opportunities. Proposals & Business Development: Support proposal development and submission processes. Engage in networking events related to Accion's advisory services. Internal Business Practices: Contribute to internal innovation and process improvements. Perform other duties as assigned. First Year IMPACT Agenda Meet with regional leaders to discuss trends and projects. Participate in a Problem/Solution Challenge. Learn about various areas within Accion, including the Center for Financial Inclusion, Accion Ventures, and Emerge. Qualifications Passion for social impact and interest in technology-enabled business models. Experience of 4+ years in consulting, fintech, or financial services. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, social impact, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred. Innovative mindset and perspective on business model development. Ability to understand and analyze business processes and customer needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Curiosity and initiative in fintech and financial inclusion domains. Excellent interpersonal skills; experience in multicultural environments is a plus. Proven multi-tasking skills with a positive attitude. Team player comfortable in semi-structured settings. Excellent English communication skills; French or Spanish is a bonus. Proficiency in financial modeling tools like Excel. Ability to create engaging presentations. Willingness to travel (30-40%).
