**Role Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain HR reporting and KPIs. - Facilitate training sessions, including Design Thinking workshops, for diverse teams. - Manage confidential employee records and maintain CRM databases. - Detect and implement process improvements, with a focus on cost-saving measures. - Lead global projects related to automation, reporting, and compliance. - Support recruitment efforts by leveraging psychological insights during interviews. - Conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency and compliance. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field. - Proven experience in HR coordination, multicultural training, and process optimization. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA). - Experience facilitating workshops, such as Design Thinking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English (C1 level) and assertive communication skills. **Preferred Skills**: - Familiarity with tools like case management systems and CRMs. - Demonstrated ability to develop cost-saving initiatives and optimize workflows. - Experience working in a global or remote environment.
