Spanish - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive person to help a personal brand coach grow his business. He is a speaker, facilitator, and coach working with high-level clients (CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs), and he needs support behind the scenes to build systems, find opportunities, and keep projects moving forward. This is more than an assistant role — it’s for someone who can help lead operations and business development. Main Responsibilities: Business Growth & Marketing: - Build and grow an email list using tools like ScoreApp (an AI quiz tool). - Create and follow a lead generation strategy for new coaching clients. - Reach out to event organizers to get the client booked as a speaker. - Pitch podcasts and manage outreach to get 1 interview per week. - Help write, plan, and send newsletters (2x/month or weekly). - Be a writing partner: co-write posts and emails with help from AI (but sounding human). Social Media & Content Support: - Coordinate with the content agency (they produce 20+ short videos per month). - Track what performs well and help shape the content plan. - Manage posting and light engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn. - Review coaching calls and suggest powerful 2–3 min clips (content ideas). Operations & Event Support: - Prepare backend systems using Skool for online courses. - Help get the “Breathe with Julian” course ready for full production. - Organize logistics and planning for a 1-day live event in Austin. - Keep track of tasks, timelines, and follow-ups — especially post-events. Accountability & Communication: - Hold the client accountable — check in on tasks, guide next steps. - Lead regular check-ins to keep projects moving. - Be able to act independently, making smart choices aligned with the client’s goals. - Suggest improvements and bring new ideas — surprise us with great execution. What We Are Looking For: - Experience in business development, operations, or executive support. - Good at systems, strategy, and content planning. - Confident in email marketing, outreach, and social media workflows. - You know how to take initiative and think ahead — not just follow a checklist. - Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ScoreApp, ChatGPT) but able to write naturally. - Bonus if you’ve used Skool, ConvertKit, or worked in coaching or events. - Strong English skills are required.
