The role involves designing system structures, documenting processes, testing, and training end-users. Key Responsibilities Design and Development Collaborate with business owners to design and implement new functionalities, including requirements gathering, specifications, testing, and deployment. Create test scripts and conduct testing to ensure system integrity and data quality. Perform routine audits and troubleshoot technical issues. Maintain the SAP SuccessFactors database and stay updated on system upgrades. Security Act as SuccessFactors Administrator, managing access permissions per role and legislation. Ensure system efficiency, stability, and accessibility. Integrations Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems like ADP, UKG, Darwin, and Varicent. Reporting and Analytics Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within SuccessFactors. Training and Documentation Provide training on SAP SuccessFactors and HR technologies. Create instructional guides and maintain system documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT Systems. 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, HR reporting, and policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
