Director of Finance & Accounting (onsite) - Full-time The Role We Seek: We are seeking a seasoned Director of Finance and Accounting to join our team at Signet Technologies. This individual will play a critical role in leading the finance and accounting department, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of financial operations. About Us: Signet Technologies is a systems integration company focused on delivering technically complex integrated physical security management systems. With locations in various regions, we offer comprehensive support for the entire life cycle of these programs and projects. Your Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, billing and collections, and general ledger. - Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. - Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to senior management. - Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable. - Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of federal contracting and government financial regulations. - Experience with DCMA / DCAA requirements and preparing, reviewing, and/or approving applicable documentation. - Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint System is a must.
