As an experienced and technical Senior Product Manager , you will drive the strategy and roadmap for our Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform. Your focus will include managing customer self-service automation, AI Agents, supporting Linux workloads, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to build and deliver scalable software systems. Promoting the product to new customers across Microsoft. Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify product requirements, including platform owners and engineering teams. Working with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. Managing the backlog and prioritization of features to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Delivering enterprise-grade platforms across various cloud environments following go-to-market strategies. Building partnerships with technical leaders across the company. Embodies our culture and values. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in product management, software development, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Kubernetes or container technologies. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in product management or software development, or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels. Curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity. Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. Focus on team culture and contribution to a healthy work environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and experience with software platforms.
