The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies in international markets, identifying and evaluating foreign suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role aims to optimize costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency. The position involves sourcing and subcontracting household items for supply to the U.S., Mexico, South America, and Brazil. Requirements Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with postgraduate studies. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience leading teams across Latin America, with international experience (South America, Asia, Europe, U.S.) in procurement, supply chain, planning, or logistics. Over 5 years of experience in procurement processes, purchasing, inventory and materials management, supplier development, supply planning, and product lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and sourcing strategy, with the ability to translate them into effective procurement tactics. Extensive business knowledge across sectors like leisure, fashion, home, and jewelry. Solid financial knowledge, especially in inflationary environments, basic statistical skills, and cost structure analysis. Negotiation skills, commercial agreements, and contract management. Strategic and global vision, excellent service attitude, and negotiation skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid passport and availability for international travel.
